An extension fee of one (1) month’s worth of\n Program Fee will be charged for every month, or fraction of a month,\n of extended stay in the program (only up to 3 months allowable\n extension). This request should be done in writing.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n <strong>No Refund<\/strong> will be given if dropping\/withdrawal is\n processed after the third week of initial payment. However, to avail of the\n Installment Payment Schemes <strong>via cheque<\/strong>, post dated\n cheques must be issued upon enrollment as payment for succeeding payment\n balance\/s (dates and amounts to be determined by the billing officer).\n At the back of each cheque, the following information must be indicated:\n <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"\n ><strong>NAME OF STUDENT\/S AND PARENT’S CONTACT NUMBER<\/strong><\/span\n >.\n <\/p>\n\n <ol>\n <li>\n Cheques are made out to: <strong>LUOVA EDUCATION GROUP FZ LLC<\/strong>\n <\/li>\n <li>Kindly note all fees are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n <li>\n All cheques will be deposited <strong>on the day<\/strong> (or at most,\n 2-3 days after the date depending on weekends and public holidays)\n dated on the cheque.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n <strong>Request to hold the cheque is not permissible<\/strong> unless\n otherwise informed in advance and approved by the\n <strong>Billing Department<\/strong>. This shall be requested only by\n sending an email request (<strong>payments@luova.education<\/strong>)\n 2-3 days prior to the cheque date confirming the reason for the\n request. Management reserves the right to refuse requests at their\n discretion. A\n <strong>cheque holding fee of AED50 per week<\/strong> will be imposed.\n A cheque can only be put on hold for a\n <strong>Maximum of 60 days<\/strong>.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n A cheque may not be deposited on the scheduled date provided a proof\n of payment 2-3 days before the scheduled date has been submitted and\n acknowledged to and by our Accounts & Admin Team. Failure to provide\n proof of payment will automatically mean that the cheque shall be\n deposited on the scheduled date.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n A\n <strong\n >Bounced Cheque (due to insufficient funds \/ closed account)<\/strong\n >\n will automatically incur\n <strong\n >AED250 penalty fee.\n <em>(Note: It is illegal to bounce a cheque in the UAE)<\/em><\/strong\n >\n <\/li>\n <li>\n The <strong>returned or bounced cheque<\/strong> amount shall also be\n replaced with\n <strong>Card \/ Bank Transfer Payment immediately<\/strong>. For\n <strong\n >every week of non-payment, a AED50 penalty will be added<\/strong\n >\n to the amount indicated to the returned or bounced cheque.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n For those <strong>without cheques to submit<\/strong>, we may\n <strong>provide online payment links (via Card)<\/strong> upon\n confirmation of enrollment.\n <strong\n >It is the duty of the client to pay for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th\n corresponding fees (via online payment link)<\/strong\n >\n and the\n <strong\n >Billing Team is not required to send any reminders on or before the\n scheduled due date<\/strong\n >. A late payment fee of\n <strong>AED50 per week of non-payment<\/strong> will be imposed for\n delays.\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n\n <p\n class=\"bold-uppercase\"\n style=\"margin-top: 40px; border-top: 1px solid #eee; padding-top: 20px\"\n >\n AS THE PARENT-TEACHER, I\/WE COMMIT TO THE FOLLOWING FOR MY ED\n CHILD\/CHILDREN:\n <\/p>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">I. Academic Matters<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <ol>\n <li>I commit to read and understand the Parent Handbook.<\/li>\n <li>I will be actively involved in educating my child\/children.<\/li>\n <li>\n I will commit to teaching the required subjects and allot 2 hours\n a day for Preschool, 2-4 hours for Primary Grade, and 4-6 hours a\n day for Intermediate & High School students.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n I will teach the standard number of subjects diligently covering\n the learning competencies required by my child\/children’s school\n of accreditation.\n <\/li>\n <li>I will do an accurate and honest recording of grades.<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">\n Additional provisions applicable to TECH families ONLY:\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <ol>\n <li>\n I will be in-charge of teaching my children with the help of\n <strong>online resources<\/strong>.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n I will make sure that my child will take regular\n <strong>Quarter Moodle\/Online Exams<\/strong> in a quarterly\n fashion. (Except for Preschool)\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">II. Submission of Requirements<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <ol>\n <li>\n I will submit all grades via the Online Grading System on or\n before the deadline. If I am unable to submit on time, I should\n update LUOVA of our quarterly status. (Not applicable for\n Preschool and TECH AOP track).\n <\/li>\n <li>\n I will ensure that my child takes the required Pre and Post\n Adaptive Diagnostic Tests 2 weeks after the receipt of\n notification. (Not Applicable for Preschool)\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">\n III. Systems Requirement (APPLICABLE TO TECH FAMILIES ONLY)\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <p>\n I am aware that a major part of our learning resources is accessed\n through an online system portal. Therefore, I will ensure that our\n internet browser has the latest updates before logging into the\n portal. The systems requirements are any one the following:\n <\/p>\n <ol>\n <li>Google Chrome version 64 or higher (recommended for DLO)<\/li>\n <li>Firefox version 57 or higher<\/li>\n <li>\n Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11 (For users of Internet\n Explorer on Windows 8, DLO must be operated in the Desktop version\n of Internet Explorer.)\n <\/li>\n <li>Safari version 9 or higher (recommended for Ignitia)<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">IV. School Year Extension\/ Dropping<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <p>\n I understand that LUOVA Education Group offers a\n <strong>3 month extension<\/strong> for those who haven’t met the\n target year-end date\n <strong>with a corresponding fee for each month of extension<\/strong\n >. Beyond this 3-month period, I understand that my child\/children\n will be <strong>automatically dropped<\/strong> from the program.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">V. Communication<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <p>\n <strong><em>FOR TOUCH FAMILIES:<\/em><\/strong>\n <\/p>\n <ol>\n <li>\n I understand that failure to communicate with my Advisor for\n <strong>3 consecutive months<\/strong> means that my child can be\n dropped from the program.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n I understand that I should <strong>proactively<\/strong> inform my\n Advisor of our status, and of any <strong>changes<\/strong> such as\n contact numbers, address, marital status, etc.\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n\n <p>\n <strong><em>FOR TECH FAMILIES:<\/em><\/strong>\n <\/p>\n <ol>\n <li>\n I understand that failure to update the LUOVA Tech Track Officer\n for\n <strong>3 consecutive months<\/strong> means that my child can be\n dropped from the program.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n I understand that I should <strong>proactively<\/strong> inform my\n LUOVA Tech Track Officer of our status, and of any\n <strong>changes<\/strong> such as contact numbers, address, marital\n status, etc.\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">VI. Full Disclosure<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <ol>\n <li>\n I have given LUOVA full disclosure of each child’s former and\n current school liabilities, as well as each child’s learning and\n developmental needs, physical and learning disability\/ies (if any)\n which LUOVA may use as a basis for recommending The Learning Curve\n (TLC) services as needed.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n I understand that non-compliance may result in delays, dropping of\n the student, additional requirements, and settlement of The\n Learning Curve fee when applicable. Should the need arise or\n become apparent for my child to transfer to The Learning Curve\n services, I understand that this may entail additional\n requirements and fees. No reimbursements will apply if I decide to\n pull out my child.\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">VIII. Picture Authorization<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <p>\n LUOVA may use my child\/ren’s photo\/s captured in its various events,\n for marketing purposes upon my approval. Beginning School Year 2025\n – 2026, the LUOVA Team will formally request this via email. I\n recognize that the pictures or images may be used beyond the time\n that our child is part of the student body, when needed.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">IX. Information<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <p>\n The protection of your personal and sensitive information is\n essential to us LUOVA Education Group as a service provider, we\n comply with all applicable data protection,\n <strong>DATA PRIVACY ACT OF 2012<\/strong>. As part of being with\n LUOVA Family, who provide personal and sensitive information to\n LUOVA Education Group, you authorize and consent to the use and\n transfer of said information to valid and legit purposes.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n LUOVA Education Group also commits to maintaining the integrity and\n confidentiality of personal data against any incidents or breaches\n while ensuring the protection of the fundamental rights of privacy.\n LUOVA Education Group employees are obliged to treat all information\n confidentially.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">X. Clubs and Competition<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <p>\n Clubs and Competitions My Child\/Children may participate in\n student-led clubs, subject to parental permission. If my\n child\/children join\n <strong>school-based competitions<\/strong>, the application forms\n shall bear the name and address of the school of accreditation – not\n LUOVA Education Group.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">XI. Accident Disclaimer<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <p>\n In agreement that LUOVA is our partner in nurturing and protecting\n our children, I hereby recognize the possibility of accidents that\n could happen inside and outside the LUOVA Education Group and Hubs’\n vicinity and areas of control, such as outside the office, on the\n street, event venues, and the like.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n I understand that in the event of such accidents, LUOVA will not be\n held liable, but is allowed to take necessary measures for our\n child’s treatment and medication in case the venue of the accident\n is within the premises of LUOVA. In circumstances when I may not be\n reached or may not respond immediately upon notification about the\n incident, I allow the staff to transport our child to a medical\n facility for immediate treatment and prevention of grave outcomes.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n Parental presence is always required for field trips and major\n events. This request should be done in writing.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n <strong>No Refund<\/strong> will be given if dropping\/withdrawal is\n processed after the third week of initial payment. However, to avail of the\n Installment Payment Schemes <strong>via cheque<\/strong>, post dated\n cheques must be issued upon enrollment as payment for succeeding payment\n balance\/s (dates and amounts to be determined by the billing officer).\n At the back of each cheque, the following information must be indicated:\n <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"\n ><strong>NAME OF STUDENT\/S AND PARENT’S CONTACT NUMBER<\/strong><\/span\n >.\n <\/p>\n\n <ol>\n <li>\n Cheques are made out to: <strong>LUOVA EDUCATION GROUP FZ LLC<\/strong>\n <\/li>\n <li>Kindly note all fees are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n <li>\n All cheques will be deposited <strong>on the day<\/strong> (or at most,\n 2-3 days after the date depending on weekends and public holidays)\n dated on the cheque.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n <strong>Request to hold the cheque is not permissible<\/strong> unless\n otherwise informed in advance and approved by the\n <strong>Billing Department<\/strong>. This shall be requested only by\n sending an email request (<strong>payments@luova.education<\/strong>)\n 2-3 days prior to the cheque date confirming the reason for the\n request. Management reserves the right to refuse requests at their\n discretion. A\n <strong>cheque holding fee of AED50 per week<\/strong> will be imposed.\n A cheque can only be put on hold for a\n <strong>Maximum of 60 days<\/strong>.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n A cheque may not be deposited on the scheduled date provided a proof\n of payment 2-3 days before the scheduled date has been submitted and\n acknowledged to and by our Accounts & Admin Team. Failure to provide\n proof of payment will automatically mean that the cheque shall be\n deposited on the scheduled date.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n A\n <strong\n >Bounced Cheque (due to insufficient funds \/ closed account)<\/strong\n >\n will automatically incur\n <strong\n >AED250 penalty fee.\n <em>(Note: It is illegal to bounce a cheque in the UAE)<\/em><\/strong\n >\n <\/li>\n <li>\n The <strong>returned or bounced cheque<\/strong> amount shall also be\n replaced with\n <strong>Card \/ Bank Transfer Payment immediately<\/strong>. For\n <strong\n >every week of non-payment, a AED50 penalty will be added<\/strong\n >\n to the amount indicated to the returned or bounced cheque.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n For those <strong>without cheques to submit<\/strong>, we may\n <strong>provide online payment links (via Card)<\/strong> upon\n confirmation of enrollment.\n <strong\n >It is the duty of the client to pay for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th\n corresponding fees (via online payment link)<\/strong\n >\n and the\n <strong\n >Billing Team is not required to send any reminders on or before the\n scheduled due date<\/strong\n >. A late payment fee of\n <strong>AED50 per week of non-payment<\/strong> will be imposed for\n delays.\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n\n <p\n class=\"bold-uppercase\"\n style=\"margin-top: 40px; border-top: 1px solid #eee; padding-top: 20px\"\n >\n AS THE PARENT-TEACHER, I\/WE COMMIT TO THE FOLLOWING FOR MY ED\n CHILD\/CHILDREN:\n <\/p>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">I. Academic Matters<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <ol>\n <li>I commit to read and understand the Parent Handbook.<\/li>\n <li>I will be actively involved in educating my child\/children.<\/li>\n <li>\n I will commit to teaching the required subjects and allot 2 hours\n a day for Preschool, 2-4 hours for Primary Grade, and 4-6 hours a\n day for Intermediate & High School students.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n I will teach the standard number of subjects diligently covering\n the learning competencies required by my child\/children’s school\n of accreditation.\n <\/li>\n <li>I will do an accurate and honest recording of grades.<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">\n Additional provisions applicable to TECH families ONLY:\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <ol>\n <li>\n I will be in-charge of teaching my children with the help of\n <strong>online resources<\/strong>.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n I will make sure that my child will take regular\n <strong>Quarter Moodle\/Online Exams<\/strong> in a quarterly\n fashion. (Except for Preschool)\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">II. Submission of Requirements<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <ol>\n <li>\n I will submit all grades via the Online Grading System on or\n before the deadline. If I am unable to submit on time, I should\n update LUOVA of our quarterly status. (Not applicable for\n Preschool and TECH AOP track).\n <\/li>\n <li>\n I will ensure that my child takes the required Pre and Post\n Adaptive Diagnostic Tests 2 weeks after the receipt of\n notification. (Not Applicable for Preschool)\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">\n III. Systems Requirement (APPLICABLE TO TECH FAMILIES ONLY)\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <p>\n I am aware that a major part of our learning resources is accessed\n through an online system portal. Therefore, I will ensure that our\n internet browser has the latest updates before logging into the\n portal. The systems requirements are any one the following:\n <\/p>\n <ol>\n <li>Google Chrome version 64 or higher (recommended for DLO)<\/li>\n <li>Firefox version 57 or higher<\/li>\n <li>\n Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11 (For users of Internet\n Explorer on Windows 8, DLO must be operated in the Desktop version\n of Internet Explorer.)\n <\/li>\n <li>Safari version 9 or higher (recommended for Ignitia)<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">IV. Beyond this 3-month period, I understand that my child\/children\n will be <strong>automatically dropped<\/strong> from the program.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">V. Full Disclosure<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <ol>\n <li>\n I have given LUOVA full disclosure of each child’s former and\n current school liabilities, as well as each child’s learning and\n developmental needs, physical and learning disability\/ies (if any)\n which LUOVA may use as a basis for recommending The Learning Curve\n (TLC) services as needed.\n <\/li>\n <li>\n I understand that non-compliance may result in delays, dropping of\n the student, additional requirements, and settlement of The\n Learning Curve fee when applicable. Should the need arise or\n become apparent for my child to transfer to The Learning Curve\n services, I understand that this may entail additional\n requirements and fees. No reimbursements will apply if I decide to\n pull out my child.\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">VIII. Picture Authorization<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <p>\n LUOVA may use my child\/ren’s photo\/s captured in its various events,\n for marketing purposes upon my approval. Beginning School Year 2025\n – 2026, the LUOVA Team will formally request this via email. I\n recognize that the pictures or images may be used beyond the time\n that our child is part of the student body, when needed.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">IX. Information<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <p>\n The protection of your personal and sensitive information is\n essential to us LUOVA Education Group as a service provider, we\n comply with all applicable data protection,\n <strong>DATA PRIVACY ACT OF 2012<\/strong>. As part of being with\n LUOVA Family, who provide personal and sensitive information to\n LUOVA Education Group, you authorize and consent to the use and\n transfer of said information to valid and legit purposes.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n LUOVA Education Group also commits to maintaining the integrity and\n confidentiality of personal data against any incidents or breaches\n while ensuring the protection of the fundamental rights of privacy.\n LUOVA Education Group employees are obliged to treat all information\n confidentially.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">X. Clubs and Competition<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <p>\n Clubs and Competitions My Child\/Children may participate in\n student-led clubs, subject to parental permission. If my\n child\/children join\n <strong>school-based competitions<\/strong>, the application forms\n shall bear the name and address of the school of accreditation – not\n LUOVA Education Group.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">XI. Accident Disclaimer<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-body\">\n <p>\n In agreement that LUOVA is our partner in nurturing and protecting\n our children, I hereby recognize the possibility of accidents that\n could happen inside and outside the LUOVA Education Group and Hubs’\n vicinity and areas of control, such as outside the office, on the\n street, event venues, and the like.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n I understand that in the event of such accidents, LUOVA will not be\n held liable, but is allowed to take necessary measures for our\n child’s treatment and medication in case the venue of the accident\n is within the premises of LUOVA. In circumstances when I may not be\n reached or may not respond immediately upon notification about the\n incident, I allow the staff to transport our child to a medical\n facility for immediate treatment and prevention of grave outcomes.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n Parental presence is always required for field trips and major\n events. (Not Applicable for Preschool)\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section-block\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">XII.
